Information
Deanmac operates its own training and learning facilities
and is a major provider of fire, emergency response and first
aid training. Realistic training is a key element in giving people
the necessary skills to manage risk and develop a safe working
environment. Our training facilities incorporate a former
processing site that allows us to mimic real life situations
in
actual confined spaces, at heights and around plant with the
maximum level of safety.
We are a Registered Training Organisation,
ensuring that we meet all requirements of the Australian
Quality Training Framework. Deanmac offers a comprehensive
range of nationally accredited
training programs and other short courses. Importantly, we
recruit our trainers a multitude of specialist backgrounds
including fire brigade, ambulance, military and from industries.
Our experienced personnel provide a range of training programs
in various areas of
emergency procedures in a safe and controlled environment.

Training Facility
- Deanmac’s Training Facility offers
a unique practical & technical
experience. Our ‘real life’ facilities include:
- Tank farm with fully functioning suppression
system
- Tanks, vessels and pits for confined space
access purposes and permit systems
- Full scale live fire facilities (pressurized gas
liquids, hydrocarbons and solid fuels).
- Rescue from a range of industrial plant
- Chemical storage and leak simulations
- Passive and Aggressive breathing apparatus training environment
